Fall Conference - Exhibitor Registration

HOTEL INFORMATION

Contact the Best Western University Inn at (208) 882-0550 ext. 0 and mention Idaho Rural Water Association (IRWA) conference for the group rate. The group rate is $149/night for double queen rooms and $139/night for single king or single queen rooms. Rates listed do not include 8% Idaho state taxes or 5% surcharge.

TRANSPORTATION

The Best Western University Inn hotel will provide complimentary transportation to and from the Moscow/Pullman Airport. Guests should contact the front desk staff in advance for scheduling or contact the hotel upon arrival at 208-882-0550 Ext. 0. Rental cars are recommended for the Lewiston and Spokane Airports.














 

TONY ELFERING MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER

The semi-annual golf tournament fundraiser will be  held on Tuesday, September 30th, at the Bryden Canyon Public Golf Course, 445 O' Conner Road Lewiston, Idaho.

(This course is 36 miles from the IRWA Fall Conference venue, Best Western Plus - University Inn, Moscow.)

Check-in will begin at 8:00 AM with a 9:00 AM shotgun start.

Cost is $125/person or $500/team. This fee includes: lunch, use of a golf cart, and the greens fee.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams as well as the Longest Drive (Men's and Women's) and Closest to the Pin contest hole winners.

This is a fundraiser to benefit the Tony Elfering Memorial Scholarship. All proceeds go directly to the scholarship fund for higher learning.

GOLF REGISTRATION

SHOTGUN SHOOT FUNDRAISER

This semi-annual fundraiser event will be held on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 at Genesee Trap & Skeet, 310 South Pine St, Genesee, Idaho.

(The shooting range is 17 miles from the IRWA Fall Conference venue, Best Western Plus - University Inn, Moscow.)

Check-in starts at 12:00 PM. The main event will begin at 1:00 PM. Bring your own shotgun. You are also encouraged to bring your own ammunition or purchase it at the event.

Cost is $50/person. Lunch will be provided.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 shooters.

This is a fundraiser for the Operations Specialist Scholarship. All proceeds go directly to the scholarship fund.
